On September 18, 2015, HII Technologies, Inc. (“HII”) and each of its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Apache Energy Services, LLC (dba AES Water Solutions), Aqua Handling of Texas, LLC (dba AquaTex), Hamilton Investment Group, Inc. (dba Hamilton Water Transfer) and Sage Power Solutions, Inc. (dba South Texas Power), (collectively, the “Debtors”) filed voluntary petitions for reorganization under Chapter 11 of Title 111 of the U.S. (“Bankruptcy”) Code in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas Victoria Division.
The Debtors’ have filed a motion and an order was granted by the Court to jointly administer all of the Debtors’ Chapter 11 cases under the caption In re HII Technologies, Inc., et al. The Case number for HII’s Bankruptcy Petition is 15-60070.

On December 17, 2015, the Bankruptcy Court approved the motion of the sale of certain assets of HII Technologies, Inc., which included the following trade names: Apache Energy Services, LLC (dba AES Water Solutions), Aqua Handling of Texas, LLC (dba AquaTex), Hamilton Investment Group, Inc. (dba Hamilton Water Transfer) and Sage Power Solutions, Inc. (dba South Texas Power).
